Full Description:
I came to the shelter when my elderly owners came to the realization they could no longer provide the proper care and treatment I need and deserve. Even though the staff has accepted me with open arms, I want to go from a kennel dog to a lap dog as soon as possible! The other dogs scare the living daylight out of me, as do all the strangers I have been meeting. While I certainly have plenty of smooches to share, I am slow to warm up to you. Your best bet is to come into my kennel and sit down. I'll remain offstandish at first, but then I'll literally waddle on over and climb onto your lap. I'd do best in a quiet home without children or other animals. Won't you consider giving me a new leash on life today?
