Full Description: Meet Elowen, a big girl with big heart. She is very sweet and really loves head scratches and treats. Elowen came to the shelter as a stray after being found in a ditch over by NIACC, along with a dog that didn’t want to leave her out there alone. She’s patiently waiting to find her forever home, visit her and see if that home could be yours!
