Full Description: Dakota is a sweet-natured Husky who came to us as a stray in August. From the moment he arrived, he’s shown us just how special he is — calm, affectionate, and always ready for a stroll. This handsome boy is great on leash and loves to take his time exploring the world around him. A true gentleman, Dakota is happiest when he’s out on a walk, sniffing and strolling by your side. He’s not just about the outdoors though — this boy is a hug lover, and he leans in close for every bit of affection he can get.

Adoption fee covers the following veterinarian services: spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccinations, flea and dewormer treatment, feline leukemia/FIV test in cats, heartworm test for dogs.

Animals listed with the Mason City Stray Animal Shelter will be held for 7 days from the “Entry Date” to give the opportunity for an owner to reclaim them.  If not reclaimed, the animal will be made available for adoption to the public.
