Full Description:

Meet Roman ❤️

Roman is a 2-year-old Border Collie/Heeler mix who came to us after being removed from a home due to animal cruelty. Despite the difficult start he’s had, Roman has shown us that there is a very sweet soul underneath it all.

We’re still getting to know Roman and learning what makes him feel safe, comfortable, and confident. He may need some time, patience, and understanding as he learns that the world can be a good place.

Roman is looking for someone who will be his protector and advocate—someone willing to give him the guidance, consistency, patience, and love he needs to learn what a happy, healthy dog’s life is supposed to look like. He deserves the chance to experience kindness, trust, security, and all the good things he may have missed.

We’re excited to watch Roman come out of his shell and discover who he really is. His story may have started in a difficult place, but we’re hoping his next chapter is the one where he learns what it means to be loved. ❤️🐾

Adoption fee covers the following veterinarian services: spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccinations, flea and dewormer treatment, feline leukemia/FIV test in cats, and heartworm test for dogs.
