Full Description:  Purr! Purr! I am a beautiful kitty that is looking for a lap to cuddle up in! Here’s how I ended up in the shelter: I was living as a stray in town and wandered to the back door of a nice man’s house who began feeding me and made me a warm house on his porch. He and I became pretty good friends and he could tell that I must have been someone’s pet at one time because I’m so affectionate and sweet. This man already had a cat of his own, but thought perhaps his kitty would like to have me as a friend, so he slowly tried to introduce us. I was very much interested in making friends with his kitty, but he definitely did not want to be my friend! I was so sad because I was hoping this nice man would bring me inside his home where I could live forever and be loved and protected. But it just didn’t work out that way.

When the weather turned really cold, the nice man didn’t want me to be outside and suffer, so he did what was in my best interest and called Animal Control. I was picked up and brought out to the stray animal shelter. I hoped that maybe a previous owner might be looking for me…but no one called, so now I am ready for my journey to continue. I hope I can find a new home with a family that will love me and care for me like the nice man did. I really enjoyed the cuddles, treats, and attention I received and am hopeful my future home will spoil me and treat me like the pretty princess I am!
