Don’t let Jax’s age fool you—age is just a number for this sweet boy! Jax still has plenty of energy and is learning the ropes when it comes to walking nicely on a leash. With a little patience, consistency, and positive encouragement, he’ll continue to make great progress.

One thing Jax takes pride in is keeping a clean kennel, and he’s such a genuinely sweet boy. After he gets his energy out, he’s ready to settle in and soak up some love.

Adoption fee covers the following veterinarian services: spay/neuter surgery, age appropriate vaccinations, flea and dewormer treatment, feline leukemia/FIV test in cats, heartworm test for dogs.

Animals listed with the Mason City Stray Animal Shelter will be held for 7 days from the “Entry Date” to give the opportunity for an owner to reclaim them.  If not reclaimed, the animal will be made available for adoption to the public.
